Mission

The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in his name without discrimination. The Brownwood Service Centers operates focused programming to meet critical emergency needs for the clients we serve through our feeding program, our emergency client assistance and our mobile emergency disaster feeding.

Why Your Support Would Benefit Us

The Brownwood Service Centers operates off donations and grants. The support of Brown County Gives will help us meet the needs of our growing number of clients. We feed on average 120 clients a day with our Soup Kitchen.
